Ihab Tabbara is an MBA graduate from London Business School. Using his entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving mindset, he went on to specializing in strategic planning and marketing.

After 22 years of detailed experience in a multi-site retail operation, Ihab has become a Managing Partner of a retail consultancy firm, Spectrum. He gained his expertise in this field from starting a retail business from a concept to becoming the General Manager.

Through his retail leadership journey, Ihab gained valuable insight into every aspect of the retail industry, from supply chain management to business development and strategic planning. He successfully grew the business to 40 showrooms operating within the MENA region and established cross-border trading in Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Egypt, Syria and the UAE.

Ihab’s knowledge of global markets and insight into customer needs allow him and Spectrum to provide a unique approach to business problem-solving. His commercial acumen will add value to any business and provide confidence and motivation to internal and external stakeholders.

Ihab is also an inspiring motivational speaker and can discuss a wide range of topics with detailed knowledge derived from personal business journeys and challenges.
